The Refectory offers an ever changing counter lunch selection that draws on local seasonal produce, allowing us to recreate your favourite traditional dishes with our own modern twist.  We also offer a variety of dishes from our lunch boards that range from something quick and simple to a hearty meal.  All this is served to you by our brilliant restaurant team.

Light Lunches

Choose from a selection off sandwiches, toasties and paninis, homemade soups, and jacket potatoes with a choice of fillings.

Hot Lunches

Daily changing counter menu, including vegetarian options, we also have our menu boards available with food made to order and served to your table.

Teas and Coffees

Our coffee is supplied by Coffee Real a local roastery who use fairly and ethically traded beans. They roast their coffee in Newdigate, ensuring what reaches us is as fresh as it can possibly be.  Also available are a range of teas and other hot drinks.

Our cakes are all made on site. Let us know if you have a favourite cake and we can make it a regular item on our counter.
